Autism 24h is a private organization that supports the Ultra-Marathon to help people diagnosed with autism. The site is the place of good deeds, donations and moral and financial support for a noble cause. Over time, the organization has supported commendable projects, including those to help disadvantaged families, for mothers and children with autism, as well as the recovery of children in specialized centers.
The designed website is a colorful one, created both for the teams that want to register in the marathon, as well as for the individual participants. We created functionality to list competitors and teams, as well as the possibility to donate online to the Autism 24h team.
From the first edition of the marathon in 2017, until now, the site registers organic traffic, directly to the public who wants to help children with autism.
Web delevopment and implementation - creation of a presentation site with specific grouping and listing functionalities for marathoners, with a secure database, with a funding section, and an easy way to enter data by new users. Each section is updated for teams, ranking, section to create a team, etc. The functionalities were introduced with the help of PHP and CSS code languages, for its silification.
PHP, Javascript and CSS - we used specific code languages and the Bootstrap framework for a clean appearance of the presentation pages, but also for better framing and readability. The pagination settings and fonts were chosen in accordance with the latest research studies in UX and UI design.
